Have an air-popper from the 1970s that I rescued. Makes the best popcorn, perfect every time. It'll be a sad sad day when it dies.

I didn't have any weight gain, but I had some serious cramping for about a month after. All I did was sit on the couch, cry and try not to move...and I am no wimp. Everyone is different though.

Try adding "no cheese" to the search sometimes that helps. Otherwise you night be stuck doing it the long way.

Thanks for the input. My dairy is not me at my best at the moment (got frustrated and fell of the wagon). I'll run it past a doctor.

It's a lot of fun. Mostly cardio and upper body strength. You get some pretty deep bruises at first, but that stops after a bit.

You can still make healthy food choices and exercise (Just avoid anything that puts strain on your back). If anything, now you should have more motivation to be healthy. Congrats on your little one. :smile:

Me and my husband tried to turn it into a drinking game after bentley left. Each time she said his name we'd have to take a shot...didn't work because she said his name too much. We had to quit or we would not be feeling well in the morning.

My mom had the "Peanut butter and jelly" rule when we were growing up. If you didn't like what she made, you got to make yourself a sandwich. Rarely did we ever take her up on that.

Frozen Veggies (watch the salt), Lean meats like Chicken and Turkey, beans, natural peanut butter, whole wheat bread.

Only time I go in the summer is when the heat index makes outside risky. Otherwise I'd much rather be outside. The winters are too long in MN.

I eat this instead of rice all the time. It's really good and a great source of fiber. I usually stick it with a stir-fry.

I did the regular operation and my puppy was just fine. In fact I never gave him the pain meds because he was bouncing off the walls right away (I was afraid he'd hurt himself if he couldn't feel). He will be just fine as long as he sees a good vet.

2 lbs. is a normal fluctuation. Just keep at it and it will resolve itself.
