I'm always hungry at night or in the afternoon. I've moved lunch to later in the day. I'll have a snack around 12, a meal at 3/4, and dinner at 7. That's helped me.

Not healthy, but a doable recipe. Lots of sugar. Hawaiian "Meatballs" Brown and drain 1/4 lb. of Hamburger. Set aside. Sounds like she just wants to take care of you. You should try talking to her again and enlisting her help. Instead of a candy bar, maybe a protein bar. Instead of a taco, maybe a taco salad. Explain your goals and ask her to help you reach them. If that doesn't work...maybe it's time to regift. It took me throwing candy…

"Alfredo" Sauce: Melt 2 tbsp butter over medium low heat Whisk in 3 tbsp flour. Cook for 1 min. Slowly add in 3 cups 2% milk. Add 2 cloves garlic chopped and simmer 10 to 15 min till thick. Add 2 tbsp parmesan. Salt and pepper to taste. That's the best one I got.

Most of the fat is already in the beef so boiling won't make big a difference. Buy leaner meat and use nonstick cookware.

Your body needs a certain amount of calories to function properly. Not consuming enough fuel puts stress on your organs and metabolism, which can backfire in the long run.

If you feel like you might vomit or have even a slight fever I would seek medical help. Otherwise, it could be you just ate something that's harder to digest. Hope you feel better soon.
