Hello! I have the same issue actually. As others have said, it's an empty stomach and how hard he's working. I am a larger guy and if I try to do anything too insane without something giving me fuel, I will feel like I'm about to pass out and have even gotten shakey before. I love how people think they will talk you out of doing a juice fast by telling you how bad it is and how there is no evidence, cracks me up. I have tried juicing before and it's not for me. Good luck and try to post to let us know how it went!

Hey! I don't have experience with that specifically but I know when I take supplements that give me a little buzz, I feel a world of difference. I am waiting until the beginning of the month to start my new supplement regimen from GNC, and it should be interesting. I know the caffine will(should) help one lose more too…

Thanks for the opinions so far everyone! I will look into everything you suggest. Also, I am a 26 year old male for what it matters haha. I know as I get older it will slow, but I don't think it's a huge issue for me at the moment.

Hey lolowolf, I didn't track the sweetners actually. I didn't think about that. I know it's best that I don't have them anyway so I will try to go without them, not like they really make it taste better anyway lol.

Hello! I personally count water as plain ole water. I have the occasional coffee and tea, but not enough daily to go into my numbers. If you drink tea a lot, or coffee, I suppose you could since it's just water with extras. Milk or juice are totally seperate. Hope this helps!
