You also may want to consider Intermittent Fasting, That method will help you reach some goals at top speed. I have been practicing this method for years when I want to cut at more speed... Basically you set yourself a feeding window 4-8 hours of eating, the rest of the hours are fasting (body ends up burning fat stores…

Abs are made in the kitchen, of course exercises help, but for most of us, we all have a couple of abs naturally to show. You need to go in a caloric deficit, if you are worried about striking to low, that is normal, you won't die however. Eat a few hundred under your maintenance and then keep cutting down from there. ..…

Losing weight isnt about just looking good. If yall can get over that part It is about a healthy great relationship with food and not being greedy with it Once you take into consideration how dam blessed you are with abundant food, maybe its ok to want your favourite dish tomorrow, because you know it will be there Yeah,…

Your not doomed at all. Do not cave in to the punishment mentality. Treat tomorrow as a normal day of calories. This is a journey, love yourself and your chocolate!! Try harder tomorrow, but dont fall victim to yourself. the key is building a healthy approach and attitude about food!!! <3

weekly reduce your calories or up your excercise ever so slightly, slow and steady wins the race

Hey, I have been practicing IF for many years now. Best thing you can do for body composition, health and losing weight and simatenously building muscle. I'd recommend 1 or 2 36hr fasts, without the 500c option, a true fast is one without food or ingestion of any caloric liquids. You will gain the most benefit anyhow. I…

Wow, thats really skinny mate. I am 5'8, as you can see in my main photo and I am skinny at 137 pounds....You should eat more, at least 1500calories a day, or 1800 to maintain, if you want muscle you must eat even more to provide support for growth for your muscles, so 2000 calories a day. Don't be afraid to eat. And the…

long term isnt a diet, it's a lifestyle, rephrase that mentally!!! Weight loss is math, calories in vs calories out.... To get started visit this link.... It will tell you how much you should take in based on your goal http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/

Fasting is great, I've been doing IF for 3 years on and off, small windows, or straight 24-40hr fasts. Only method of anything that ever cured my sinsunitis. Fasting is the natural healer, good for you, lots of people are ignorant and whine about fasting or find ways to disprove it. Anyhooos, the 5,2 fast is great, it lets…

try intermittent fasting, allow yourself a 4-8 hour eating window, and eat, its hard to over eat especially in 4-6 hours, if you dont count calories. Fat loss is about a lifestyle, you say your wedding is a year, this gives you reasonable time to create the lifestyle of no end, treat yourself, dont punish yourself when you…

You are skinny fat, you have to tighten your abs with exercises, try planks, leg lifts, bicycle crunch ect... also the pudge will still fade away with a couple more pounds lost, remember it is your horomones that decide which part of your body it sheds fat from <3
-
Your muscle won't suffer too much, people over exaggerate at mucscle loss in a slight deficit. Don't worry or regard that. You can lose weight off a twinkie diet, weight loss is math, calories in calories out. Eat as much snickers and carbs as you want. If your goal was a health approach, I would lecture you on macros and…

Try something new. Incorporate intermittent fasting, be honest with calorie counting, 2lbs is still progress...... see I think you were in some way to much of a deficit with all the cardio, it haulted and shocked your metabolism. Now when you went on your vacation, you reintroduced lots of food without counting, that is…

Keto is great, defintely recommened, your body will literally be a fat burning machine. You should incorporate Intermittent fasting with keto for great results. I just finished up my 3rd 40hr fast in the past 2 weeks, and I break the fast by eating Ketogenic, so almonds, chicken, vegetables.... Fat has melted.
-
Fasts are great, I am just ending a 40hr one. I am breaking it with almonds. Egg whites perhaps are great, vegetables or protien

http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/ This calculator will help you with all your needed numbers. :D

It has to be a lifestyle. Never hit too low while on a deficit, this can shock your metabolism in no good way, to the point where you would be gaining way at 900calories if you are at a very low deficit for too long. Get back in the game, all it takes is one solid hard day with counting calories and perhaps the gym. Lift…

Lift heavy and caloric deficit. Lifting in a deficit will give you tone and leanness. Also remember not to be in extreme defecit, only about a 10% drop off your maintenance. To find out all your personal calculations, visit this site http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/
