Hi! My name is Renee. I'm at stay at home mom of 3. I completed a round of 30DS last summer, but lost a lot of motivation over the winter. I'm hoping to complete this round and get back some of the strength I lost being lazy.

I was only able to get in 4 miles this week. I have had some trouble with my knees that has kept me from running which makes me sad. There are 3 - 5k races coming up in my area and I so wanted to do at least 2 of them. I have been taking it easy and hope to pick things up a little this week in hopes to be able to do at…

2/17 I got in a 4 mile walk.

2/15 = 2.08 miles 2/16 = 1.83 miles

I went out and walked 3.6 miles this afternoon. Took in the sunshine, cold but beautiful anyway.

On 2/1 I walked 1.76 miles and biked 4 at the gym for a total of 5.76.
