I didn't do any workouts yesterday but I did meet my water and completer the 400 crunches. Movie night with the kids beat out exercising. There was no change in my weight this morning. Happy October everyone.

My weight this morning is 141.6 a drop of 1.8 lbs. I'm getting excited if I lose this week what I lost last week I will be in the 130's, and I thinks it's been 15 years since I saw a 130 number.:happy:

Well I did some super cleaning in my girls room. I worked in there pretty much for six hours today. Sorry everyone but didn't do so good today. Spent most of it out with family and went over calories and not enough water. I didn't do the challenge workout but hope to make it up by doing two days tomorrow.

Today's weight is 143.4. I so wanted to lose a pound this morning to reach the 30 lb mark. I was down to 142 in the middle of the week, but I only count Monday weigh ins. I may just post anyway when I reach that mark.:smile: I don't think I can wait to Monday to see it.

I was glad to see we could make up a missed day, so I did days5 and 6 of the bushmen workouts. Tabata done, water done, and under calories. Also did 500 crunches and 100 high/low planks this week for the bonus points. I'll be back tomorrow with my weigh-in.
