For Saturday I was under on my calories, and met my water. I did the tabata and bushmen workout. For Sunday not as good met the water, was under calories, but didn't get in the challenge workout. Bushmen - done water - done under calories - done Tabata - done Today this was so hard. It took me 25 min to complete all of today's challenge exercises, and let me say that bear walk just isn't natural.

I did brush removal as my workout today burned 1422 calories. It only took me two hours and twenty minutes. :smile: I did the bushmen but forgot the tabata (sorry). I met my water and was under on my calories.

For Tuesday I did the bushmen + tabata. I was under calories and met my water. For Wednesday I did the 5k on top of a dvd workout. I got in 6 points Friday, 3 point Saturday and 8 points for Sunday. My total for week 6 was 45 and that was my highest week. (Yeeaa!) Over the 6 weeks I went from 153.2 to 145.2 a loss of 8 lbs.

Yesterday I did the Tabata workout and Bushmen day 4 (took rest day Saturday). My new weight is 145.2 a 1.6 lb loss.

My starting weight as of this morning is 146.2. I got in the Tabata workout and Day 1 Bushmen Series. I am under calories with 10 glasses of water too. I did the bushmen workout in sets of ten then repeated that 5 times to get the fifty in. It took me 13 minutes and my HRM watch said I burned 169 calories. Wow that was a…

I would like to have got in more points this week but at least it wasn't my lowest. I had a lot of house work to do and a sleep over with 7 girls 6 to 10 years old. My points this week was 33. I'll be back tomorrow with my weigh in.

My weight today is 147.4 down 1.6 this week. On Saturday I burned 660 calories and yesterday I did 345.
