I took a rest day earlier in the week so today I did 30DS levels 2 and 3. It was a real workout for me.

Sundays points - 6 My total for this week is 36. Not as much as last, but my goal this week is to get in more than 42 points. That was my highest points for a week during this challenge.

I'm liking this challenge. The fact we do something different each day keep a person from getting bored. I did NMTZ today to make up for missing day 3. I was finishing up 30DS.

I got in 42 total points for this week. I was able to step it up this week on exercise.

I did days 1 and 2 but I am going to move day 3 to the rest day. I am on the last 2 days of 30DS so I was able to over lap the last 2 days, but not today. NMTZ is like an hour long and with the shred that would be an hour and a half. I just didn't have the time or energy to workout with Jillian for that long.

My points for Monday was 7 and points for Tuesday was 6. I don't know how many crunches I got in today but I did do Levels 1 and 3 of 30DS so I know there were a few. :happy:

I'm half way there. Did L2D5 tonight and those last five minutes are still tough. I have made it this far without missing a day. My goal is to make it 30 days strait.

I was able to get 4.5 points for Wednesday. sleep - 1 food - 1 exercise (27 min.) - 1 water (10 cups) - 1.5 total so far 12.5 points
