I have a wrist Heart Monitor and it tells me I burn anywhere from 284 to 330 calories. I keep track from start to finish 27 minutes. Finished L2D4 today. I am doing better than L2D1 but those planks still get me in the end.

I would like to jumping on this thread. I will do L1D7 this afternoon. I find the shoulder press/raises to be the hardest. I have to use a lower weight for those (2lbs) and change for the rest (4lbs).

I'm done with day 1 and 2. It is a lot harder than it looks. I knew it was going to be hard but I was surprised at how fast I started to hurt.

I have met all but one mini challenge so far and that one was the try a new recipe one. My NSV is going from a tight size 14 to a comfortable size 10. It's great. :happy:

I have completed the mini challenges for Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday was 50/50 got the water in but not the strength training. I plan on making that up over the weekend.

WTG! I am also doing week 4. I did pretty good on day 1 but on day 2 I didn't make it through the 2nd 3&5 min run. I'm going to give it another try this evening.
