i normally end up eating the most in my evening, just because it is when I have the most time to really eat a meal. Only thing I would say is not to eat within an hour or so of bed time. That is just something my doctor told me once, better for digestion.

Thanks. I do a bit outside of work also, like walking that I don't log, and any cleaning or the stairs i need to take at my apt. So I'll go "Active" and if i'm not losing any maybe i'll bump it down (or bump up the activity!!)

If you press the "Complete this Entry" Button at bottom of that day's diary page it will give you an estimated weight loss and also it will give a warning if you aren't eating enough calories. I've noticed if you are withing about 200 or so under it wont hurt you
