Good call on the pillow, I feel it too! I am not a fan of the jump lungs in circuit 2, so I just do alternating lunges with heavy weights and my legs are def getting a workout! made up for yesterday so I am def feeling it today!

Level 1 day 7 completed!! Yay! Almost didn't do it, but I know I feel better when I exercise and I have an amazing group counting on me! Thank goodness.. Not sure how it's working out so far my eating hasn't been all that great! But I have been watching my portions still...

Haha.. I notice it every time too.. Doesnt bother me, i believe they practice so much before they film and i have to take braks too..I also wonder the same thing how I am dripping with sweat and drinking water through out but they never drink water or drip with sweat... They must keep it pretty cold when they are filming..
