I don't know what you have in the UK, for capris or long legging running pants I have Danskin... Love them over other brands.. They fit me the best and aren't expensive.

Almost my twin., I am 31, 5' 4", currently 154, I started the weight watchers program for 3 months in January 2011 after I had my son and was at 185ish... I am looking to be 140.. I am a runner, so I run 4/5 days a week and throw some strength training in there some days..

Thanks I sent some friend request on the Nike + website.. Glenner: it depends which product you have.. I use the sport band which links to the sensor in my shoe, my iPod also links to my shoe, but I think they have an app that you don't need the sensor for, it goes off motion or GPS or something., I am not sure about that…

I am just about to finish the C25K program and running my first 5K in April in Copley! Active.com is great for finding races anywhere.. Or anything in that fact.. They have other events on there too! Good luck..

I agree! I would love to run outdoors, but same here about some roads being unsafe, I have a toddler and hubby wont let me run on towpath by myself, understandibly so!
