I usually get my workout done in the morning, before anyone else gets up.. But just curious on what you usually eat after you workout (breakfast time).. Level 2 - likes and/or dislikes
For most of us that just started level 2 or those already on level 2 what do you like and or don't like? I am not a fan of chair squats with a v raise, I have to use lighter weights for those ones...

Just curious at what everyone has their calories set at and their activity level? Mine is on lightly active.. I don't run around all day, but I don't lay in bed all day either and set at losing .5 lbs a week since I am about 10 lbs from goal and so I am not losing as fast.. And it has me at 1600..
