Is anyone else doing The Firm Express??

    No, I don't have this. I still have the old Firm with the fanny lifter and I use it when I am doing strength training. When I was in college, and lived in Charleston, I would go to the Firm to work out. Love it. How do you like the express?

    Ha ha.. I used to do the ones with the fanny lifter.. I actually still have it, but dont have the dvds anymore.. I have only done a couple of the dvds with the firm express and i really like it.. All you need is weights.. And they are only 20 minutes long, so if i have the extra time i will combine them with something else, but it is good.. For the longest time i just seen the infomercials for them, but then target started selling it, which is where i got mine..
