you should probably eat more calories, find out your BMR and subtract 500 from your maintenance. Nuts are a good source of calories and healthy fats that won't fill you up. You also might be overtraining, make sure you get enough rest in between workouts

Is it possible? Probably
-
what? no! you will gain back a little weight, but only because your body is so used to starving. But once you start eating again, your metabolism will wake back up and you'll start losing again. You won't gain back all of it unless you overeat

how much did you expect to lose? 2 lbs in a week is good

this is a very good post about low cal diets http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/238282-700-calories-a-day-and-not-losing-redux

the 10 lb dumbbells don't be afraid to lift heavier weights

maybe if you do like 10,000 of them doing ab exercise doesn't seem to me like it would get your heart rate up all that much. Talk with your physical therapist about different exercises you could do, your doctor is great for internal medicine, but they usually aren't trained well in the athletic aspects of body mechanics…

ok the first thing you need to do is to find out your BMR or Basal Metabolic Rate. This tells you how many calories your body burns if you don't do anything except rest. There is a BMR calculator in the "tools" tab in MFP, once you find out this, deduct 500 calories from it and make that your goal. Try not to loose too…

drink water a lot of times people think they're hungry when they are in fact, thirsty. Drink a big glass of water and the craving might go away. Also try brushing your teeth or chewing some sugar free gum

I've been swimming laps for the last few months and haven't really though about accessories aside from a pair of goggles, I don't think you use fins to help burn calories but to improve your swimming form, but I don't know and could easily be wrong

that voice in your head is the only real enemy you will ever have. just remember that it doesn't control you, you control it

yeah all of those options sound awful, if anything I'd go for the bruschetta or the antipasto (by awful I mean from a weight loss standpoint, they all sound delicious)

I can be pretty good at *kitten* kicking

good job losing that weight and best of luck on the remaining 40 lbs!

I'm sorry to say, there is no such thing as spot reduction. The only solution is to lower your overall body fat percentage. I know it sucks huh? Doing ab exercises aren't useless by any stretch of the imagination, but if you start to build muscle in your abs, it's not gonna take off the fat, it's just gonna push the fat…

I'm for it...on a case by case basis

I don't know how much fiber is "enough" but I generally try to have between 35-45 grams per day

are you vegetarian or vegan? If you don't mind animal products I would recommend whey protein isolates, which are made from milk. There isn't much difference between different producers, but I really like double rich chocolate and chocolate mint bye Optimum Nutrition

Great! You're already off to a good start if you're doing power lifts and Starting Strength!
-
toning is kind of a nonsensical term, all you can do is lose fat and gain muscle. I would recommend a weight training program because it doesn't seem like you need to lose a lot of weight, you just need to make what weight you do have look better. And don't worry, lifting weights won't turn you into some she-hulk, big…

you should eat carbs before a workout and protein after

Ice cream is probably the worst thing you could possibly eat Avoid it like the plague
