Unfortunately missed last weeks weigh in. I've been a little under the weather and was away for the weekend to try and recover. Back on it now, but up hill struggle ahead.😭

benbowers Weigh in Week 4 April 26th Final PW: 201 CW: 202 Utterly gutted! Last weekend away just ruined this month.😭 I was all set to kick April's *kitten* and go sub 200, but never happened. When I weighed in after my bad weekend away I was 207, so annoyingly I've lost 5lb this week. Had I not gone away I'd be under 200.

Daily Post 23/4 Tracked: Yes Calories: Under Exercise: 10 miles cycling. 3 miles running. After a totally shocking weekend of over eating (and exercise) I need to try and claw back a very bad week! I'm hoping to reverse the calories gained over the weekend before Fridays weight in.

Username: benbowers April Week 3 Weigh in Day, Friday PW: 200.8 CW: 201 Slight gain. I'm not sure why. I'm excerising well, very conscious of calories, although not tracking well. I can only assume it's fluid retention as I'm hydrating more due to hot runs?

Daily Post: April 6th Track: No Calories: I think under Exercise: Rest day. Took a day off. I start cycling to my new work locatiom everyday starting monday, so I'll be banking 700-800 calories a day, plus any runs I do.

@lk2011 Great loss! I have the same problem with weekends. I have a great loss during the week when my days are structured due to work, then it all goes wrong come Saturday morning!

Daily Post: 04/03 Track: yes Calories: under Exercise: no Been a busy few days at work, so tracking has been difficult. Back on it now though! Cycling to and from work tomorrow (10miles), plus long run straight after. Ready for weigh in tomorrow!
