I know that bbq, ketchup, etc. can have a lot of sugar. I guess I haven't paid enough attention to sodium! I am drinking lots of water around 12 glasses a day in most cases. I know I need to work harder at avoiding packaged foods.

You can do a 50/50 mix of cauliflower and potatoes and never know the cauliflower is there when mashing.
