Beware of yoghurts, some of them are full of sugar, even the 'low fat' ones.

I'm currently being wheat and dairy free (I know, the joy!) so my breakfasts consist of an oat-based cereal, nut milk and a handful of berries. I'm amazed at how much more filling cereal is when there's nut milk involved. On weekends it's wheat-free pancakes.

For me it was when I was trying on a UK size 18 item of clothing and it wouldn't fit. Oh the shame!

I recently went to see a nutritional therapist, they advised me that 6-8 eggs per week is perfectly acceptable and not detrimental to health. I generally have about 4 per week but it's nice to know!

One of my friends gave me a recipe for a 'pastry-free' quiche, which basically involves whisking a couple of eggs in with the cottage cheese, adding seasoning (and your choice of fillings) and then baking it in a dish in the oven. My personal best for a one hour Zumba session was just over 700 calories. Now that's a fast burn, Gym wise, elliptical machines always used to get the maximum out of me.
