I have three siblings, and the answer is never. I text my sister about twice a year, but that's it.

I log my cardio based off my FT4.

Sounds like a bunch of bs about nothing. At worst, your sisters guy is socially oblivious, and your guy is insecure; Adjust accordingly.

Amazing, and very inspiring! I hope I can achieve that.

There was a wagon? ..I've been jogging this whole time. =/

Instead of looking for motivation or some back bone, why don't you just be honest with yourself, and admit that you are not important enough to you. It's always easy to make excuses. These forums are full of them. It's a little tougher to say that right now, you're not important enough to you. When you should work out, but…

I drink 16 cups a day. http://stronglifts.com/how-much-water-should-you-drink-per-day/

I'm @125 days and 44 lbs down, but it depends on how overweight you are to begin with.

This happens a lot where I work too... cheese cake, donuts, popsciles, fudgesicles, and on, and on. I'm the guy who never eats any of it. -.- And this:

Up at 2:30 am everyday to get my workout in before work. I do my 5x5 three days a week, and a 45 minute run on the other three days with one day of rest. Honestly, I love it; It's addictive.

http://stronglifts.com/ has the answers to a lot of the questions you're asking with regards to cardio and weight loss. http://stronglifts.com/fat-loss-101-how-to-lose-fat-fast-with-free-fat-loss-diets/ Bottom line is start with what you think is about right, and then fine tune it week to week to suit your needs. Also, the…

I've lost it all once and it took me two years to gain it back, but I didn't have the tools offered here on MFP the first time. It was 90% hard work and 10% nutrition. This time I'm doing 50/50, and I've already decided that I'm sticking around here long term. Even after I achieve my current goal. Frankly, if there is a…

Wow, you look hot! Good job! ~.^

I've started to feel a bit of this lately. I just past my half way point of my total goal a couple of weeks ago. I've noticed when I'm showering that I feel "boney", and when I see myself in the mirror I feel like my arms and legs are looking puny ...maybe it's a guy thing. Anyhow I'm investing in a gym membership this…

Lol.. I get the: "When are you going to start eating 'normal' again?", and I don't even work out yet. I usually say:"This is my normal", but I like your response better. :) At work when the boss buys cheese cake/donuts/popsicles I get the "Take a day off from your diet." I didn't like that crap even when I was fat. And if…

Read the stickies at the top of the various forum sections. They have all the information you'll need.

I wouldn't even log it as exercise. Personally, I would just change my goal from sedentary to lightly active on those three days.

First off, this^ Secondly, you must be naïve. That could be said about eating out anywhere. Thirdly, one bad outlet doesn't equate to a blanket statement for a chain. Quit trolling.

People seem to be saying: "Don't live in fear", a lot. I would also add, don't be naïve or unprepared. I jog/hike fairly often on the local trails, and there are wild animals (mainly cougars routinely spotted). If you must go alone, then be smart. Bring water, and bring a dog if possible to scare off wild life, and/or…

When in doubt watch the scale. If you're shooting for a pound a week loss, then it's pretty simple math. If you lose 2lbs that week then add 3500 more calories to your diet over the next week. Regardless of your goal, you can adjust your intake based on your weigh ins. Just remember one pound equals 3500 calories and work…

You look great! Grats!

Dont' forget that your weekly average is more important than your daily goal, for staying on track. You can balance it out over the week by adjusting your daily goals for the next six day or simply make those calories up in exercise. The other thing is: Don't Panic! ...lol ...remember that 3500 calories equals one pound.…
