I agree with the above. Just set your starting weight to a previous month or so. Mine did this a few months ago, and I simply set my starting weight for March, rather than April, and it reset and fixed the bug.

I will not cut out food types or groups. Now, there is a difference between calorie restriction and cutting out foods. The only way to lose weight is to consume fewer calories than your burn. Well, start by not wearing it when fighting and/or stressing! lol I only wear mine during exercise because the calories your body naturally burns a day shouldn't be counted along with the "extra" calories from exercise that you burn. I have an FT7 HRM, and I love it.
