I have used yoghurt in place of cream cheese in the past and they turned out great (just don't use as much as the cream cheese)

Nuts, seeds, and leafy greens like spinach. Make sure you get enough vitamin c as it helps with the absorption of iron.

Mundella is the best. Vanilla low fat is my favourite or for a bit less sugar go for the reduced fat natural. It is set in the pot and is very think and creamy with all the good cultures in it.
