  • I swear by this. One big meal a day at about 6pm and two or three pieces of fruit at 10pm. I like to feel full after I eat, I guess, and this way I get to be full without exceeded my daily calorie target - heck, it doesn't even feel like I'm dieting most of the time.   • In men's sizes, I've lost 19kg and went from a 38 to a 34 (with a tiny bit of room). So probably 8-8.5kg per 2 inches.
  • Me! At the start of my diet I would eat a whole cup! LOL But then as I lost weight I halved it (to half a cup) and added vegetables to it. Plus I measure using a drinks cup which is probably a bigger portion (1/2 a cup of that being 125g dry according to my scale) so it's perfectly possible to eat that much
