  • In the week when I'm working I tend to march on the spot or do 2 steps forward 2 steps back whilst watching to and at the weekend often chase my Lo round the park. I find weekends I'm normally more at 20,000 but in the week usually 6000 unless I move on the spot
  • Mine synced this morning when I woke up. But hasn't synced. Is currently saying 42 steps for the whole day
  • I buy their meat as it's cheaper and better quality than some of the supermarkets. Wouldn't try anything other than meat though.

  • Chicken or fish?? A lot of places now a days have nutritional info on the menu or a healthy section Which will help a lot. Or just go for what you fancy and don't worry about it for one day.

  • Running that is impressive. Not sure how that converts to eliptical. My OH used to be part of a running club and most of them were around 20 mins. I'd be happy just to run 5k at the moment :)
  • I'm 5ft 6 146 pounds and my waist is 36.5 inches though i measure around my belly button. Reading this i may find the smallest point so it's smaller and i feel better :-)

  • I'm not a member of a gym. Used to be part of a council group of ones. I chose to go to one 5 miles out of town and was always fairly empty. Have just bought a Groupon Deal at a local hotel 10 gym/pool sessions for £12.00. Reading this I just looked at it and over 400 have also bought it. I may need to fight for a machine.
