Can anyone recommend any good YouTube videos that involve little / no equipment? I have hand weights but nothing else. Thank You

I was thinking of getting a fit bit to track calories etc, but reading some reviews i'm now not sure. I've heard it's not good for some times of exercise. (Cross Trainer etc). I also don't have an iphone to sync it to. What are people's thoughts on them? And which one do you prefer and why? I'm leaning towards the flex.…
