I cook most of my family's meals everyday. That way I have control of keeping it a little healthier for everyone. And if anyone doesn't like what I am serving, they make something else.

I eat store brand puffed wheat cereal. It's healthy and only 60 calories per cup and 0 sugar. I add a little fruit as a filler and 1/2 cup fat free milk. Yummy! I also enjoy Store brand hot oatmeal with apples and cinnamon. It is very good also. Only 110 calories per packet.

Pinterest has many weight watcher's recipes. Very good too. Home made meals are so much Better than all the salt in the processed meals from weight watcher's.

I just love the Lite N Fit Greek Yogurt too! My favorite flavors are chocolate cherry or chocolate raspberry! So yummy!
