I love running outside in summer time but now its not option in winter time. I do however find using work out dvds more convenient especially when we get snow storm and can't be bothered to drive. I am still going to keep my gym membership card to keep me motivated

Ok I have to start lifting heavy weights but I don't want to over do it.I have seen some women who look bulky , not as big as guys but they look muscular from lifting heavy. Its just not my cup of tea

I just reach maintainance and I still log my food.It has became a habit so doesn't feel like chore .I would rather know if I have still have calories left for that cookie or ice cream. Then again, its a personal choice and this what works for me to keep me accountable

I find it gets more harder when I exercise which means I have to eat extra calories.

Yes I would prefer it if my SO is into fitness watches his weight. Then again I woudn`t start something with a guy that's overweight and out of shape to begin with.

I am close to my goal and I am planning to continue track my food. Its like a habit now and doesn't bother me. Also its so easy to lose track of what you are eating and slip back into old habits
