  • Biked 45 miles today, stopped for lunch at a trailside restaurant, I think it is called the Little River Cafe. In my mind it will always be called Leather and Lycra... because it is a favorite of Harley Davidson type bikers and the self propelled variety. Just to be clear, I was part of the self propelled group :)
  • Another day of walking in the back yard, but I did it for 20 minutes. We will be bike riding tomorrow morning, so it will all balance out. I am very thankful for the motivation this challenge is providing!
  • Great day; Bootcamp this morning, biking this afternoon. Total activity time ~ 2.5 hours.
  • Nope, definitely not just you. MFP is really helping me to keep a lid on my tendency to eat more than I should after working out. Today's workout, 45 minutes walking at the park.
  • By the skin of my teeth... 20 minutes walking up and down the driveway. I wanted to be able to post that I met the challenge goal today (or, yesterday by 3 minutes now). I had been driving to Columbus & back earlier, started walking almost as soon as I got home. :)
  • Yesterday I went to an hour Bootcamp; today I walked for 40 minutes. Very hot both days!
  • Hi Stacy, Sounds like you are getting good results. I just started about a week ago, but so far I like it. I plan to weigh in on Sunday mornings. It has been hard to wait to see if I am getting good results. Good luck!
