What works for me are snacks with high protein: Apples or celery w/Natural Peanut Butter Soy Nuts Protein Bars Protein Shakes String Cheese Good luck!

You can try Sugar Free Pudding powder too. Just add 1 - 2 Tsp to your shake and blend!
