I'm starting c25k on Monday and am also thinkingabout signing up for the race for life. You guys have given me the confidence to just go for it. Stop thinking about doing it and just do it. Even if I do end up walking most of it, it is still better than nothing, eh?

Weighed this morning... 210!!!! 9lbs lost. :) I upped my water and green tea consumption this week and it has really paid off! Plus, being at the start of my journey it is coming off quickly. Woop woop!

Urgh, you poor thing!!! I agree with kristyn, if you can do a modified version - punches for the cardio and other arm cardio then at least you're doing as much as you can.x

Walking I am up to 18 and a half miles so far this week. I haven't been keeping an eye on how much dairy I've been having. Probably have been hitting the 3 a day though. :) Sorry I haven't been posting every day. x

Oh my God, I love this topic! Yep, in my current state of non-jogging, I would have to hope for romero style slow zombies because I might stand a slight chance. Def need to get the speed up and also dexterity to be able to dodge their brain eating ways!

I know it is hard when people aren't supportive but you have to keep going and keep your goals in mind. Everyone has the odd slip, don't beat yourself up about it, just continue working hard and it'll happen. YOu've done so well already! Focus on the good. x

I am loving the shred and would recommend it to anyone! The first couple of days of each level I have felt like I was going to die but pushed through it. At the end of level 1 I had lost an inch off my waist, 2 inches off my hips, an inch off my bust (see ya back fat) and an inch and a half off each thigh. Jillian Michaels…

Did 150 crunches again last night. I'm just having to crunch it out until I buy an ab workout. I think doing crunches of various types on top of the 30 DS is ok for the minute though...
