I do belly dancing and it is a lot of fun but a great workout. It is all about control in your muscles so not just flapping about! I did a 4 hour workshop today and boy do I know about it :)

Started a new job so haven't had time to post very much apart from logging food. I've finished all the way through 10 days at each level and am now starting again, I'll be doing a different level each day. Today I did level 1. Hope everyone else is doing well :)

not finding level 3 too bad (kinda). It is pretty tough on the cardio and the jumping lunges are a bit scary. Proud of how I'm doing so far! Well done everyone for sticking through this far :)

I'm quoting days from the start - I'm on day 4 of level 2 and won't be doing more than 10 days - bring on level 3 after these 10 days!!

L2 D13 done for me too. Well done everyone. :) I really felt it along with 2 bloody hours of wii sports. We've just bought it so went a bit mad playing it constantly!

The 10 days at each level came from it being the way I did it last time and found it worked for me. There were a group doing the 30 days straight because one girl said it was a good way to get good results. I'm doing it every day because it works for me, everyone can do it at their own pace.

You might not have lost inches yet but you can totally see the difference, you look a lot more toned and should take the lbs lost as a big boost too. :)

Don't get disheartened and don't push yourself and injure yourself further by doing too much. You'll get back into it when you can. xx

So, weight down 2lbs, waist, chest, arms and legs down 0.5 inch and hips down 1.5 inches. So 3.5inches which I am pretty happy with, in 10 days you can't complain really can you?!? Just did level 2 day 11 and oh my God it was tough - I feel great though - totally pumped to do the whole thing. :)

I would say you should move on to level 2 if that is the only move you're not fully comfortable with.

Me too! The days when I have thought 'oh sod it, it doesn't matter if I skip one' I've thought about everyone else and the plans they have whether they're doing it every day or on certain days and have thought - nah, I can do this if everyone else is keeping to it! Thanks everyone!

Day 7 done. I've dropped 2lbs. Not going to measure until the 10 day mark but I def feel better for it. :)

I haven't been changing my calorie burn - my thinking is that I'm doing more so working just as hard. I still have ot take a break in the first cardio, it isn't a question of being out of breath just my calves feel like they're being stabbed. Jumping jacks followed by jump rope is just not fun! I am finding it easier…

You need to take it a wee bit easy if you feel pain but feel the difference between the muscle soreness you would expect from exercising hard and an actual injury. If in doubt don't push yourself

Same for me, I know that if I stop or just say 'ah it's only one day' I just won't catch it back up again. I don't motivate myself really - on the days I don't want to do it I just press play on the DVD and don't give myself the option to talk myself out of it!

Day 3 done!
