And it's true!

Last night I hurt my shoulder badly. Since a car accident in 2006 my shoulder has always been weak. I was hoping the 30DS would get it back on track, but it ended up hurting me too badly. I will have to not go to my archery class tonight.

I will continue to workout but not with the 30DS.

I'm sorry for leaving the group, but my physical well being is a priority for me!

Thank you all! Hope your 30 days go by quickly with lots of changes! :)

Sorry you can't participate in the 30DS, but I hope your shoulder gets back to better soon! Good luck in your journey!

have to be careful of the shoulder. I've had surgery 2x and have successfully avoided number 3 for several years. 30DS is hard on the shoulder for sure. I'm modifying and not doing it exactly as it is in the video. I reinjured my shoulder many times over the past 15 years and am only in the past 3 or 4 years fully understanding how to not mess it up even more.

How bad is your shoulder? I found that several physical therapists were giving me not the best info on shoulder issues. Not a single one had ever told me that I needed to avoid forever doing military press lifting. I'd done that as part of strength training for years and couldn't understand why my shoulder always hurt. Now I know a little more and I can do more intensive strength training without shoulder pain.

Hope your shoulder is ok and that you find something which works for you without injuring your shoulder. x
