Well this sucks!!!

Yup, you can officially put me on the injured list. I tweaked my knees, especially the left one. It was the jumping jacks that did it I think. Kind of that sideways downward stress. I'm so bummed. I was doing so well :-(

I'm not sure when I'll be able to start back up. I was going to do the treadmill tonight but figured I should rest. I want to do something tomorrow but not sure if I'll be able to or what I should do. I considered doing what I can of 30DS and then some walking. We will see how I feel tomorrow. I'm catching a flight tomorrow afternoon so I need to be able to trudge through the airport with a 2 yr old and all associated gear.

And just to add to my pity party, I'm about 700 calories over today. And I only lost half a pound in the last week. I probable just gained it back. Sigh....

    My ankle was a little sore yesterday so I did the punches as all the cardio. I know it's not official, but it keeps the heart rate up.

    Don't get disheartened and don't push yourself and injure yourself further by doing too much. You'll get back into it when you can. xx

    struggling with level 2 as well. Just not coordinated enough for the skater moves and can't get through all the pushup/plank stuff because of past injuries. I'm modifying and mixing L1 and L2 exercises. Haven't had time to preview L3 yet.
  • My knees hurt so bad on level 1... just rest and work out as you can. I'm on level 2 and can tell a big difference with the parts that used to hurt!! Just hang in there :)

    Rest today and see how you feel. If you continue with an injury you could cause more damage. Maybe do upper body.

    Tommorrow we start Level 2 and everyone here is starting to scare me! I thought the weekend would be a good time to change and then have all day to recover!

    It's been about a week now and my knee seems to be getting worse. Looks like a trip to the Dr is in order. Oh joy...
