Ivybres, You need to go see a Dr. - the longer the wait, the worse off you'll be. It can be something as easy as not getting enough fiber - to a bowel obstruction. Not something to "wait around" for.

I'm 5' 1", and my initial goal is 135, and depending on how that goes, maybe 125, but I'm 41 years old and I'm not sure maintaining that low (125) would be possible for me.

Labrada Lean Body for Her is a great one! High protein, but lower calories and it tastes GREAT!! :smile:

I began at 150 and I'd be happy to get to 135 as a start. Depending on how that goes, I may shoot for 130lb.

Wow, thanks for posting! Very inspiring! I am 41 and I'm 145lbs at 5'1", i wear one of those god-awful "mom" bathing suits that your wife had on in her before picture and it kills me! Thanks for posting - I feel like this post was meant for me!! BTW, i would love to know her workout routine? She looks phenominal!!

Pretty incredible!! Did you notice your back side in the before vs. after pictures? Your tattoo is now almost completely the size of your back - whereas the before pic show about 2-3 inces more of skin on either side of the tattoo! Awesome-ness! Keep up the good work!!

Thanks! I guess I will try to add some calories to each meal... I'm 5' 1", so maybe the problem is that i'm not taking in enough calories.

I'm eating pretty healthy, I drink TONS of water! Always way over the recommended intak (although i don't always log that). The only thing i may be doing "wrong" is not finishing my daily calories. I usually go to bed with calories remaining and it just doesn't seem natural to eat before bed, especially when I'm not…
