The past two weeks i've dropped 6lbs...and i was dropping 1lb/week for the few months before that. I don't understand it either...but it happens sometimes.

Oatmeal and sweet potatoes helped start my weight loss...sweet potatoes cuz they are like candy and a healthy complex carb that tastes like candy is awesome. Lean meats and good fats also helped a lot. They make up 70% of my diet and I'm losing fast.

You can add more water to make it less rich. I mess with the amount of milk or water i add to all my supplements to get the desired flavor. Like very little water in my preworkout so it feels like i just ate a pixy stick...haha. Or just a bit of milk with my s'mores protein cuz the flavor is very robust that way and smores…

Progress provides the most motivation and you've definitely got that. I also had man boobs when I was heavier. Lifting weights and cutting the fat has really shrunk them. Now they are just muscle boobs...haha. Keep it up and those fitted shirts will be all you want to wear!

This makes me laugh: Weight lifting burns as many calories as MINI GOLF???? yeah...not if you weight lift like i do. Still though, too many variables involved for MFP or any of you to know what anybody else burns during a weight lifting session.
