  • I would love to know too! I want one! :)
  • Were you weighing in the middle of the day? It may not make a 10 pound difference, but it will make a difference! I wouldn't start over, just buy the scale, weigh first thing in the morning and see what it says. You can always put your weight up and then start losing from that point. Hope that helps!
  • Waiting on mine in the mail and should be starting Monday! I did the 30 Day Shred with great results and continued doing L3 for a few weeks after....on to something new and can't wait!
  • I put 200 when I do the Shred! I have a friend who has a HRM (everyone is going to be different) she ranges anywhere from 230-295 on the Shred. I'm probably low balling,at 200, but I would rather burn the extra calories and not know about it, lol! Good luck...I had great results with that work out...if you would like a…
  • Thanks y'all! I will look up some of the exercise's mentioned! I wish I could do Roller Derby, but my middle name is not grace especially on skates, lol! Actually my hip on one side tilts in which makes my whole leg twist just a bit towards the middle and I trip all over skates....you can laugh! My next challenge…
  • So maybe I'm a little new, but what does "bump" mean? :)
  • I bought a scale for the first time last week and have weighed myself every. single. day. My hubby will hide it for me tonight and I will weigh myself before I go to the doc on Thursday morning to see how much difference our scales are! Poof be gone for a week!

  • I have recipes where I put chicken breast in raw. I cook it on low 6-8 (usually done in 6) hours and hi 4-6 (usually done in 4) hours.
  • I think it holds me more accountable for what I eat. For the longest time I was going over my calories and I needed advice. Opening up my diary helped and I got the advice I needed to bring that number down a bit. I'm so happy with MFP, it really opened my eyes to what I was eating! :)
  • I'm having success on the shred. Not 20 pounds in 30 days, but results! If you want to add me as a friend it tells you a little bit about what I've done with just the shred. I'm actually on day 39 - went back to L2 for a bit!
  • I usually eat half of mine at least, sometimes more! The scale is not always the best for determining if your body is changing. You should measure! I don't even own a scale, but measuring and seeing the small changes in my body the past few weeks is what keeps me motivated! Good luck! Keep on pushing on!
  • So maybe 300? Since I did 40 minutes. I log 200 for Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Just didn't have anything to base it off of! :)
  • I don't even own a scale, although I'm curious to see if weight is coming off. I've been measuring and that is keeping me motivated. Inches coming off in a couple weeks pushes me! I wouldn't stress about the scale, it's just an added bonus, but really eating right and exercising means your body and heart are that much…
  • You are almost there, you can do it! Keep on pushing on! :)
  • I'm 5'2 and my goal is 130. I think that 120-130 depending on your shape is a healthy goal! Hope that helps!
