Running Shoes
What kind of shoe do you normally buy? Any suggestions on a brand of shoe that tends to be a little bigger in width? I have a wide foot, but normally a wide width is just a tad too big! Thanks! :happy:

Losing
I'm wondering if any of you are having the same problem as me. I guess it's not a huge deal and I know the less weight I have to lose the harder it is to shed. I've noticed that one week I will not lose even a pound and then the following week I will lose sometimes 3 pounds. I don't see that I'm doing anything differently…

Idea's for 30 min Workout Videos?
I started doing Jillian Michael 30 Day Shred at the beginning of my "healthy" journey and now I'm on Week 3 of Ripped in 30. I'm now looking into Jackie Warner - Xtreme Timesaver. Anyone doing this? Also, if you have any suggestions on great workouts that are only 30 minutes long that would be awesome too! Thanks!

Middle Thigh
I've never ever, even at 115 pounds not had my thighs rub....at 137 they still rub! I'm not sure if that should be a goal since it may be genetic that my thighs will always rub together, but I've never dedicated any time to them either. My question is, what exercise will help that muscle tone down? Thanks! :wink:

Calories logged for Zumba?
I did the 20 minute Express and the 20 minute Abs for Zumba at full intensity. I don't have a heart monitor so I don't know how many calories on average to log. Any input would be wonderful!!! Thanks y'all! :)
