Losing

I'm wondering if any of you are having the same problem as me. I guess it's not a huge deal and I know the less weight I have to lose the harder it is to shed. I've noticed that one week I will not lose even a pound and then the following week I will lose sometimes 3 pounds. I don't see that I'm doing anything differently then the week before so I find it strange. Anyone else do this major loss and then nothing each week? Thanks! :happy:

    Yes, I have been doing a 12 week challenge, I'm in week 9 and I have lost weight every 2 weeks without fail....it must just be the way our body burns it?? At least we are losng

    Yes!! I actually *THINK* I may have figured out a little something about my body, just yesterday! We shall see if my hunch is correct. I started my journey on April 18 & I went through my weigh-in log & noticed a trend!! I've lost steadily for 2-3 weeks, then have a week where I either lose nothing or am up a tad. Well guess what...it's the week I ovulate! I think I've figured out a pattern--it's been this way for 9 weeks now. 3 weeks, I've stayed the same or been up. Sooo...you r DEF not alone & we all get discouraged!!! I hope my little estimate is right & helps me not to get down on myself so much each month!!! Hope it helps you some too!!! :). Keep pushin'!!!
