I have a few "pals" doing this and they seem to be losing and doing great with it! Me on the other hand had already hit maintenance by the time my pals starting trying the weekly thing out and I no longer log my food. Wish I would have known when I started! Keep up the great work!

I agree with every single part of this! Married for 7 years together for 9. My hubby is "My Sexy Man" or "Honey Bunches of Oats" marriage is work, but shouldn't be hard work.

1. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet. 2. I thought I was eating ok before I started, nope. 3. Even though I'm maintaining I still need my exercise to keep me healthy and strong!

I did the test and had 2 - 5 pound weights the first 100 and 1- 5 pound the second 100. I completed 200 squats with no rest. My cold is making it very hard for me to breath glad I could get that done! Good luck ladies!!!

Yes, I am so slack on this Shed and Shred. Sorry! I have not been feeling the video so honestly I haven't wanted to workout to it. I don't know why, maybe it's because it's longer than most that I have or the weather or whatever else excuse I can come up with, lol! I've failed miserably! You ladies are rockin' though!

Sorry for not being here lately. It has been one thing right after another. If I wasn't truly exhausted I would get it done today! Also, have no idea what the kiddo is going to do at nap since he didn't yesterday. BAH! Life~

It's amazing to see the different sizes people wear with height and weight. I'm 5'2 118-121 and wear a size 4.

I usually clean up my friends list every couple of months of people who don't show support or log in. I do keep my "real" friends even if they haven't logged in.

Week 3, Day 2 with 1 - 5 pound weight held in both hands with arms in a V (if that makes sense) 30 35 21 25 40 Plus I did 50 jumping jacks in between each set totaling 200!

Level 1 today! I enjoy level 1 so much more, I think it's kinda fun!

Down by your sides or out in front? Trying to get a visualization so I can do that today. I seem to have better balance with my arms held straight out in front.

I've done 100, 2 days in a row. I also made sure I was doing them properly yesterday. Should I try using a hand weight to make it a bit tougher? #whyismyassnotalreadybangin

I did Level 2 on Friday and honestly am not a fan of it as much as L1, not sure why. I enjoyed doing L1 and began to get tired of L2. Did not make it my 3 days this week either, but will make it next week. Hoping the kiddo stays on track with sleeping for me!!! :bigsmile:

I did Level 1 on Monday, hoping to squeeze something in today, but incredibly tired. My 2 y.o is cutting molars and decided sleep is no longer necessary. I was up every hour pretty much on the hour. I never knew you could drink this much coffee and still be exhausted! Great job ladies!
