I have the FT4 and I can watch my calories burned while I work out, I just hit the up bottom or down on the right of the watch. You aren't suppose to press the buttons underwater though. I wouldn't think you would need to stop yours to do see them!

I'm not sure that I would want to have a tummy tuck unless I was done with kids. This is just my personal opinion. I've had 2 kids and my body was shaped so differently after each one. Good luck! You look great!

If you stick with MFP and exercise you will lose! You can do this without pills, give it a shot!

I've never entered "starvation mode" before, but if your body is hungry it will store fat or eat away muscle. Most people need about 1200 calories to have the nutrients they need to survive since your body is always burning while you move. I used refried bean cans until I bought hand weights! I did the whole first 10 days of the shred with those, lol! Good luck!

I did the shred and continued after the 30 days too. If Level 1 isn't challenging enough you can watch level 3 and use handweights with a lot of it...that's what I did when I was done with the 30 days and needed a change. Could you maybe walk instead? If I hurt really bad because of something I usually try to take a walk. If you feel like you can manage the strength do it, but don't hurt yourself more. Glad you're o.k! :)

If you are doing 1200 calories a day you need to eat back your exercise calories too. If you burn 200 calories then you should eat around 1400. You don't want your body to go into starvation mode. I used 200 calories for the whole 30 days. I don't have an HRM so not sure of the exact amount, but that's what I put! Good luck to you! I loved the Shred!
