Phew! Glad to hear I'm not the only one! Working hard but not seeing the scale move is a bit of a bummer, but overall everything is fitting and feeling better.

Found out last night that my body fat percentage (from January 47%) is now at 35%

Frustratingly slow. 15 pounds in about 15 weeks. So about a pound a week. Though "they" say this is safe/healthy way to lose weight and keep it off. (We'll see).

Yes on the deviled eggs! Except instead of using mayo, use avocado or hummus. Mmmmmm

Your symptoms sound a LOT like what I was experiencing a few years ago!!! SO tired!! If I dropped something, I barely had the energy to bend down to pick it up. All I wanted was to sleep, but then i couldn't. I also went to my doctor and insisted on a thyroid test. The results came back saying I was within the "normal"…

Bumping for later! Thanks for the info!!

"And now ya do what they told ya!" - Love that song (killing in the name), was rocking out to it on the way to work this morning.

Truly inspirational!!

Loved my weighted hula hoop! Lent it out and never saw it again. Still - a weighted hoop is completely different than a regular hoop (besides the weight). They heavier ones are a bit easier to get a hang of, but that being said, you probably don't want to start doing some of those over the head / arm / neck loops like you…

ME TOO!! Whoo Hoo! :smooched:

Not all calories are the same. 200 calories worth of Doritos won't give you the same nutritional value as a 200 calorie salad. At the same time, 1200 sounds awfully low for the general populace. Ultimately, it all depends on the individual. :-)

HOLY COW! That is *WAY* out of line!!! Definitely bring it up with the principle / school board! Sounds as though there may need to be an additional lesson to re-teach the kids more appropriately! (Damage control). Though I have to share a cute story. A guy at work has an 11 year old boy. He said that his son brought up…

I've tried the apple cider vinegar drink. (it takes some getting used to). Bragg's (or any other organic unfiltered) apple cider vinegar is the way to go. It needs to contain 'the mother'. I drink mine with a teaspoon of added honey and the juice of half a lemon. It makes it a whole lot better.
