Eat the same as you do, but smaller portions, until you realise its easier to forgo the chocolate bars and just eat meals. Whatever you do, you can't out-exercise a bad diet. CICO.

Thanks for sharing! Amazing and inspiring. Beautiful - before and after! :)

I threw out all my clothes and bought a whole new wardrobe from the 2nd hand shop a couple sizes too small. Seems like a waste, but this goal is REAL to me and they would have been thrown out soon anyway, the only thing they were was an excuse. I have a few items of clothing that are my goal size which I can not yet fit…

Learn how to cook good foods. I used to buy cook books from second hand shops and teach myself from those. When you go out to eat and the only healthy option to choose is a boring salad, of course you are going to choose something else. The trick is in making the food you love with better ingredients. It takes time and…

You have done incredible! Well done!

Genetics determines the min breast size. Bf% determines the max.

You do not have to exercise to lose weight, but it will make you stronger, healthier and your transformation will be greater :) Walking is an excellent exercise to fall back on when you are stuck for ideas!

If you need to lose weight, and you feel fine, don't eat when not hungry

I shudder to think of what my set weight would be if I allowed it.

why is everyone so hangry

Great job on the weight loss! Really good effort. Don't stress too much, I think you're taking the right steps by seeking information and working hard. Split routines 5 days a week or compound routines 3 days a week.. Both have their good points and bad points. Make sure (especially if you choose compound moves like…

Yes, I have been eating clean and working out, but sometimes I just suddenly eat like 5 bowls of rice with half a jar of jam on top, or melt peanut butter and dark chocolate in a bowl and pour it over oats or something omg. And for that reason I have slowly gained 2kg back this year out of the 11kg I lost. Only 6 more to…

My confession is that I've been at the same weightloss plateau for 6 months. Because I can't make up my mind on a calorie goal and keep changing the number and convincing myself that its okay

If its too thick, add more water/milk. As for the texture, some powders are smoother than others. I've heard you can also use banana as a binder. Good luck and have fun experimenting!
-
yes it does. I think eating clean, working out, sleeping and hydrating are the best combination. "eating clean" depends on your level of research into nutrition and personal beliefs. Also, small accumulated changes are a powerful thing and as others have noted, not as glamorous or sexy as the latest fad.

I don't think prunes do anything either. I definitely agree with the watermelon though, and it is not unpleasant or painful. Spotty bananas are good too, while green bananas will do the opposite. Salads are also good. Laxatives and caffeine are not long-term solutions as your body can develop dependence. Good luck! I hope…

The length of time someone can survive without food is not an arbitrary number like 3 weeks, but varies from person to person. The bottom line is to set SMART goals - 10lbs/month is unrealistic.

If you are maintaining weight at your current diet all you have to do is chop calories off it slowly until you are losing at a rate you want. Wait 2 weeks to judge how it is working for you though.
-
Maybe try eating at maintenance to avoid extreme feelings of hunger. Increase fibre & water, take a mulit-vitamin to reduce cravings caused by deficiencies, reduce sugars and eat more protein/complex carbs (if you're into that). If you feel a binge coming on, distract yourself, distance yourself from food and delay the…

I sit in front of a desk all day so I barely get any steps in on days I don't go running. I would also like to know!

Hey, thanks! I found the same - my heart rate stayed low, (although I've only done 1 of the workouts). I did a 45min cycle this evening and still have heaps of energy after a 1700 calorie day, so jogging might be on the cards, which would be great! I will have to experiment. I appreciate your insight. :)

For a vegan option, have one slice of toast with a tablespoon of peanut butter, a sliced banana and cinnamon on top. :)

Use mfp to accurately count how many calories go into your body. Over time t, eat 7000 calories less than you burn (find out your TDEE/TEE). It will take you t to lose 2lb. Example: eat 500 cals under your TDEE and it will take you 7000/500 days = 14 days. Therefore at a 500cal/day deficit you will lose 2lb in 2 weeks. The…

Mushy bananas are the best! I like to have a mushy banana meal (6-8 bananas, 2 cup of soy milk and a TBS peanut butter in a smoothie) once a week as it cleans my insides and make same feel real fresh and energized. When I am energized I am more likely to stick to my plans, workout energetically and be happy and not eat…

The problem is sleep deprivation. The solution is sleep. Don't bother expecting fitness gains on 2hrs sleep a night. Good luck, you have the answer in you xo

I've lost around 10kg by now and I can think quicker, I can actually run and enjoy it, and I enjoy cooking and getting outdoors. :) these things did not happen before at all!

They're "supposed" to be soaked overnight, but you can just boil them for 30ish minutes (until soft). 1) lentil patty on a bun - fry onion, garlic, add mashed potato and something to hold it together (egg, ground flaxseed, etc). If you use a non stick fry pan, you can use water. 2) dahl - add chickpeas, cauliflower, or…
