I get what you are trying to do, Brandon. Just be aware that rice of any kind is nothing but carbs. Beans, although they contain a decent amount of protein, are primarily carbs. If you want to go low-carb to win your contest, you should stick with meats and veggies and forget the rice and beans. Good luck!
