    Congrats on your progress! SO awesome!!

    Squat. I started out zero booty, but I now have a nice firm round bum. I started with body weight squats and slowly progressed to squatting at the gym with weight. Try adding in 30 or so body weight squats a day and you'll be able to see that booty change :-)
