That makes sense, Hornsby.

Cool. Is it free?

Thanks, everyone.

That's what I'm experiencing now lol. More error than trial. What's a buff?

AND, I forgot to ask, how much weight did you lift...
-
I'm currently 166lbs and wearing 12/13 size pants and I'm 5'8.
-
My most recent one was being told I'm looking long and lanky, something I haven't heard since before gaining weight.

Sometimes you need to intake more water. If you're really hungry, eat more, but don't over eat.

Thanks... I actually have taken a couple of pictures here and there. I'll just have to keep my head up and kick the scale to the curb lol.

Oh no, I've tried that before and I was STARVING all day. The 1500 was an adjustment in the beginning, but is a good goal for me.

I'd like to get down too 130lbs again.

Thank you guys for the advice, it all makes sense. I'm going to look into this. :drinker:

I started deiting (1500 cals) and exercising roughly 7wks ago, and I dropped 16lbs by doing kickboxing 4-5 days a week and daily walking with my family.

I never said it was, not did I say I don't. Just curious when people started noticing.

Wowza!! I applaud you!

Eating satisfaction is temporary compared to long lasting results.

Honestly, no... But like most have said, your pics are taken too close together in time. You're obviously in the right track and that said, it'll be fairly quickly and you'll see.
-
That's funny. Hopefully I'll see a difference in the next 5lbs or so.
-
That part about your coworkers makes a lot of sense. I didn't look at it that way. Thanks for sharing.

Ever since I was a little kid it's been an issue, and both. ????

You just proved how strong you really are.

Mine was when I started my desk job at 21. I was on my feet before then all day and was actually under weight for a while.

I believe 1200 is including everything, from how much you want to lose to your activity level. I think that's based on without exercise.
