Hello, Anyone have any meals that are cheap and healthy and that actually fill you up? Everything I've tried is good and all, but my tummy still fills hungry, actual hunger. I try to make sure I have a meat with my lunches of veggies and such, but I think I'm doing something wrong. :/

My family and I adopted a stray Great Dane or Great Dane/Lab mix yesterday who is a juvenile... I'm excited to get to run with him. Who else runs with their dogs? Do they keep you moving more than what you would alone? :love:

I'm so excited! I ran for 30 minutes straight and went 2 miles. This is a huge NSV for me. I'm prepping for my second 5k in a couple of weeks.

I was curious how long it has taken you guys to notice a visual difference in your muscles after cardio/weight lifting? And how many times a week did you do cardio and weights? I'm introducing more weight lifting with my cardio and I'm feeling a difference, but not quite visually. Thanks

I just lost my first 20lbs!
I'm so excited! I just lost 20lbs in less than two months. I eat clean at 1500 cals a day and I walk and do kickboxing a lot throughout the week. And importantly, I drink a ton of water.

Running and shin pain... Needling advice.
Hello MFP peeps, For the runners, how do you cope with running and shin pain? I can run for a while but I have to start walking because my shins start getting sore, not like a horrible pain... but it's enough for me to stop and just walk. Any tips? Thanks!
