How long did it take you to build muscle?

I was curious how long it has taken you guys to notice a visual difference in your muscles after cardio/weight lifting? And how many times a week did you do cardio and weights? I'm introducing more weight lifting with my cardio and I'm feeling a difference, but not quite visually.

    I've been doing heavier weight lifting since January, but have not noticed a visual difference. BUT that is because my diet is nowhere near perfect. I do a mix of weights/cardio 3x a week.

    Take progress pictures, that is the best way to tell if there are changes in your body :flowerforyou:

    ETA: Even if I don't SEE a difference, I know I am way stronger than I was, and that counts for more, IMO :)
