During my first and second week of Alpha, i lost inches off my waist and hips. My scale didn't budge in either direction.

As long as you are consistent with your workout and eat healthy and stay within your calorie limits, all three programs will give you results :)

Breakfast: 1 bowl of muesli with skim milk. Lunch: Roti with scrambled eggs. Snacks: Rice, White Lentils and onion pancake. Exercise: I was supposed to do HIIT. But my abs were too sore from yesterday's workout. So walked for 30 mins. Water: Not so much today. 1l tops.
