Today I did 20 lunges continuously without falling all over the place. I guess my core is getting strong. Also i didn't wince when i heard ''lunge''.

If your pants feel loose and you can see that you are thinner, that is definitely inches lost. Hope you are using the tape to monitor your inches.

WOW!! Congrats. I'm starting Week 3 Alpha tomorrow. I missed workouts in the first 2 weeks, but did still manage to lose 1.5kg and 3 inches off my waist. Hoping to get results like you. :flowerforyou:

I prefer both actually. Energy demanding workouts in the morning and pilates or yoga in the evening.

I will be on week 3 by then. But you can add me for accountability. My first two weeks weren't that great because i missed 2 or 3 workouts. So i'm planning to do 1 extra week at the end of Alpha week 5. Looking forward to motivate and to be motivated.

You can try DDP yoga. Or else there are endless videos available on Youtube which are suitable for beginners and you can work your way up and the variety allows you to choose what works for your taste, style and need.

T25 Alpha first timer here. Finished week 2 day 3 Speed 1.0 Workout is a killer. The burnout session is straight from hell. But did no modofications. I wish to get stellar results like a lot of people here.

Day 3: Speed 1.0 Got through without any modifications. By the time, the burnout session rolled up, my endurance was seriously challenged. But i need to work on the number of breaks i take.
