I do hot yoga occasionally. Definitely make sure you understand the basics. Some positions with minor tweaks become a lot easier. My August goal is to eat more calories. I just recently switched from 1200 to 1350 calories and it's weird for me. Also I started Zumba more religiously this month. I was doing 2x a week and I have bumped it up to 4x a week so I hope to adjust to that this month :)

I just give in and eat like total crap when I am pmsing BUT I just make my meals the junk I'm craving so I'm not eating junk on top of other meals too. Sometimes my breakfasts will be...cookies and muffins.... and then I'll have an ice cream bar later in the day after 'lunch' lol. I just try my best to set aside calories…

about 10 minutes after my last bite I will start feeling full. It took me a few weeks to get the hang of what sized portions usually make me feel full and If the full feeling hasn't set in quite yet and I know it's a 'usual' portion, I will drink a glass of water and usually that does it

like most people said, get fast food!!! If I know I am craving fast food I will eat super healthy for breakfast/lunch and set aside the calories for the fast food. Also if you get a small fries and a burger/nuggets and drink a glass of water or something before you eat it's still surprisingly filling after it's gone.

I found that reducing drinking soda has actually made me prefer things a little less sweet. I usually drink my juice with a little water added to it so it's not so strong, plus you get 'more' for the same amount of calories. I agree that it might be easier to continue eating sugars just do it in moderation and after a large glass of water or a big meal so you are less likely to keep going. Just fit 100ish calories a day for a treat, etc. Some protein powders taste pretty darn delicious

as soon as your friend eats like normal she's going to go right back to original size. It's not a long-run solution unless you literally want to kill your body.

make a to-do list together that she can check off every day while she's at home so you can have raw data that she's not doing enough etc and it won't be a personal attack

dog lover here ;) Funny that you post this on a fitness website but a lot of dogs that smell bad usually have a poor diet!
