THAT is so true! i always use a scale and measure everything but i know for sure when I go out to eat that it's literally a crapshoot and even when its my own cooking, there is a bite here, a bit there - a little more drizzle of oil here and so on and so on. Thanks for sharing. Do you mind discussing what they suggested you do because of your low metabolism? I have a very low metabolism as well and... I'm assuming they didnt have you eat below 900 calories, right? Did you just have to work out a lot more? Sorry... might be a dumb question.
